Goukyaku Mononoke Course (Approximately 64.5 km) Elevation Gain 1248 m Average Gradient 5%
Kenkyaku Mountain Course (Approximately 52 km) Elevation Gain 885 m Average Gradient 4.6%
Kenkyaku A Course (Approximately 50 km) Elevation Gain 760 m Average Gradient 4.2%
The Kenkyaku B Course is the same course as the Kenkyaku A Course;
Family Course (Approximately 25 km) Elevation Gain 103 m Average Gradient 3.1%

Rules and Regulations of the event |
This event is not a race but a cycling event for the citizens. Participants cycle as a group, and each group is accompanied by a cycle leader (staff) to ensure safe operation of the event. In addition, time limits are set for several locations along the course and those who exceed the time limits cannot continue cycling. |
